Both parties sign a contract which guarantees the responsibility of Assignee (our company) for all your projects. The Assigner (You) agrees minimum quantity of work hours per month. As a result our specialists will be at your disposal the minimum time we have agreed.
During the draft contract discussions after our analysis of your future projects volume we will suggest the necessary minimum time in work hours per month. The only fixed items in the contract include the minimum quantity of work hours per month, price and contract term.
We will develop a detailed project plan as a result of the discussions with your team. In the project plan we will precisely indicate the necessary estimate time for each task.
You have a permanent on-line access to the project plan as well the opportunity to participate and control the project at every stage, to receive reports for the finished work, the used work hours per tasks. As a result you will have the possibility to estimate and control your expenses.
This work schedule is appropriate for customers with big number of projects or long term projects as volume.
In advance agreement of the price per project
